Carlota is currently studying for a Masters degree (Mmus) at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance (London) with Mikhail Kazakevich, where she studied for her Bachelors degree from 2014-2018.
Before coming to London, Carlota studied a degree in Primary Teaching in the University of Navarra, in Spain, where she also studied six years combining piano and singing, until she achieved A level in Singing Performance at Conservatorio Pablo Sarasate,with Mercedes Gorría and A level Piano Performance at Conservatorio Pablo Sarasate, with Mariola Huarte.
This summer, Carlota is doing the Berliner International Music Competition where she will record a CD and playing with the Orchestra in the future. Carlota has been selected to perform in the Soloist Competition at Lunigiana International Music Festival, and will be taking part in various international competitions during September and October, and performing as a soloist Mozart Concerto n.20 with the Navarra Symphonic Orchestra in December.
Carlota is invited to play often as a soloist in Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
In 2017, Carlota premiered all the piano works from Jose Maria Goicoechea, an Spanish composer from Navarra. Carlota got finalist in 2017 for the Schumann Competition and sang in the same year in the Royal Albert Hall in the PROMS with London Symphony Orchestra.
At the age of 12, she did a disk singing with her compositions, dedicated to her father and just last April in 2019, she was a finalist the TV Show ‘The Voice’ in Spain, singing pop and opera.
As a tutor, she is a piano and singing tutor at Blackheath Conservatoire, and she is also working as a Piano and singing tutor at Tower Hamlets Music Service
Carlota has the LTCL diploma of Instrumental Teaching, and she is also an employee of Lyceum Music.
