Mindfulness For Teens (12-18 yrs)

Thursday 5th August, 2pm - 3.30pm

A deep dive into meditation and mindfulness practices - how to incorporate mindfulness into everyday life, combat anxiety and stress factors, and introducing Non-Violent Communication to improve relationships. In the taster we will touch on the following subjects; healthy social media use, boundaries, body image perceptions, combatting the inner critic, and how to build self-esteem and support confidence.

Mindful Kids 1

Mindful Kids (7-11 yrs)

Friday 6th August, 10am - 11.30am

This is a fun, interactive, playful class with a focus on how to incorporate mindfulness into everyday life, combat anxiety and stress factors, and improving emotional literacy – particularly pertinent in current times.
