Sophie Cook is a professional artist and experienced art educator with over 15 years of teaching practice. Sophie has a BA Hons in History of Art from the University of Sussex and studied Drawing & Painting at the London Atelier of Representational Art. She also completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Scenic Art at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. She balances a strong studio career�exhibiting in London and across the UK�with a deep commitment to arts education. Sophie�s teaching combines technical skill with a supportive and inclusive approach, encouraging students of all ages to explore creativity, build confidence, and find their own voice in their practice.Sophie works predominantly from life in her own practice with a focus on still life and floral oil painting.
