Mindfulness: Taster Session (18+)
Thursday 17th February, 18.15 - 20.15 (£20)
This taster session is suitable for complete beginners as well as those who would like to expand and deepen their interest in Mindfulness. We will work through some simple Mindfulness exercises, such as Guided Breathing, together. Mindfulness can help manage stress and boost wellbeing at the same time. It gives us a pathway to find that inner peace which exists within each of us. Please wear loose comfortable clothing. If you have a yoga mat, please bring that along as well.
