Carla is a dynamic pianist and vocalist from Paris with over 10 years of teaching experience. She joined the Blackheath Conservatoire in 2021 and shares her knowledge and passion for music with her students.

Carla has a background in classical music and studied at the Conservatoire in Paris from young age, where she completed all her grades both in piano and theory of music. 

In 2015 her love for jazz, soul and Rnb brought her to London where she studied at the London Centre of Contemporary Music (LCCM) and graduated with a Bmus degree in Performance and Production.

Besides teaching, Carla is a session pianist and keyboard player and plays for several original artists including Sonique and Fleur East. Carla has had the opportunity to play at venues and events such as the Royal Festival Hall, Freddie Mercury's official birthday Party in Montreux, BBC Introducing at The Big Feastival, All Points East Festival and more.

Carla’s passion for music also translate to the creation side of things: she is a skilled songwriter, producer, arranger and has a big love for sound design and synths, where her knowledge using software production becomes useful.  

Carla is an enthusiastic, devoted, and passionate teacher who is eager to share her love for music and aims to inspire new musicians to explore their potential and develop their skills.
