Lee Fether

Lee Fether is an artist based in Kidbrooke whose work spans portraiture and architectural landscapes. She studied art and product design at the Central School of Art and Design, London.

Her portrait of author Michael Rosen was selected for the BP Portrait Award at the National Portrait Gallery in 2011 and is now in the Gallery’s Primary Collection. Other portraits have included opera director John Cox and presenter Gail Porter, with work also shown in the Royal Society of Portrait Painters Annual Exhibition and the Ruth Borchard Self Portrait Competition, where her self-portrait was acquired for the Ruth Borchard Collection.

Exhibitions include Still Structures (Gallery White Box, Blackheath, 2025), Architectural Landscapes (GWest Gallery, Greenwich, 2018), Landscapes, Real and Imagined (Blackheath Halls, 2017), and Spring Exhibition (JP Art Gallery, Blackheath, 2019).

Alongside her studio practice, Lee has taught art since 2017.
